of the sale price of items.

2.Please email pictures of items you are wanting to consign to fcarol6@aol.com. Will let you know if it is something that our customers would be interested in. Next will determine when there will be an open space for your items. When it arrives in the store our representatives previews your items and we agree upon

a sale price, somewhere between 1/3 to 1/2 off original price depending on the demand.

3.Upon acceptance, your furniture is placed in our showroom and maybe featured on our website. Our marketing efforts work for you and provide a faster sale without hassle.

4.Consignment items remain your property until sold.

5.After 30 days the items are reduced 10%. After 60 days the items are reduced 20%.

After 90 days the items will be reduced 30% unless special agreement.

6.The consignment period is 6 MONTHS. Unsold items must be picked up

within 10 days after they expire or they become property of the store.
