We are interested in any upscale attractive piece that would fit in the home such as: furniture, framed artwork, lamps, and larger home accent items
How We Work:
!. We sell your fine furnishings on consignment. You will receive 50%
of the sale price of items.
2.One of our representatives previews your items and we agree upon
a sale price, somewhere between 1/3 to 1/2 off original price depending on the demand.
3.Upon acceptance, your furniture is placed in our showroom and maybe featured on our website. Our marketing efforts work for you and provide a faster sale without hassle.
4.Consignment items remain your property until sold.
5.After 30 days the items are reduced 10%. After 60 days the items are reduced 20%.
After 90 days the items will be reduced 30% unless special agreement.
6.The consignment period is 6 MONTHS. Unsold items must be picked up
within 10 days after they expire or they become property of the store.
Please take a picture of the items and email (fcarol6@aol.com), or drop photos at the store-include your name, address and phone number. From the photos we can determine only items that are popular and that will sell. We would not be able to determine the price of an item until we physically inspect it. We can provide names of independent people who will do transportation of your merchandise to our store for a delivery fee.
